Cook
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of foods using panini grill, microwave, convection oven and crock pots
- Perform kitchen tasks such as carving meats, making soups or salads, baking breads and desserts
- Use time management skills to ensure orders are served at the same time
- Stock supplies from truck order, restock kitchen supplies, prepare produce, portion food to specified weights, rotate food, label and date prepped food
- Clean food preparation equipment, work areas and counters
- Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen and dining areas
- Communicate with management when supplies are out
- Follow state and local health codes
Schedule
Flexible scheduling: potential to work anywhere from 1 to 7 shifts per week based on availability/desire of applicant. Typical shift times are 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
Pay
Starting at $14 per hour
Bartender/Server
Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks in a timely manner at the request of members and wait staff
- Stock bar before/during/after shift
- Serve food to guests in the bar and assist dining room shift, when necessary
- Assist with beverages and snacks for golf course patrons
- Use point of sales system to prepare guest checks
- Maintain work area, clean up after self
- Clean dishware after each use and return to appropriate location
- Answer telephones, transfer calls, take messages
- Follow daily opening and closing procedures according to prepared list in an orderly manner
- May be required to act as Banquet Bartender for events
- The bartender should be able to work quickly under pressure and distinguish drinks for proper service
Schedule
Flexible scheduling: potential to work anywhere from 1 shift per week up to 30+ hours. Daytime, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts available.
Pay
Starting at $9 per hour + tips
Event/Banquet Staff
Responsibilities
- Assist with ballroom setup and teardown
- Assist with ceremony setup and teardown
- Clearing/move tables from dance floor
- Keep ballroom and veranda tables cleared
- Assist caterer and bartenders at portable bar when needed
- Set out/refill snacks and desserts
- Turn on/light candles, help remove décor from tables at end of event
- Remove linens from tables and start laundry
- Check and clean bathrooms, restock paper towels and toilet paper
- Empty trash cans, wash dinnerware, wipe down surfaces, sweep/mop/vacuum, and assist with teardown
Schedule
Flexible scheduling: potential to work anywhere from 1 to 4+ events per month based on availability/desire of applicant. Primarily Saturday afternoon/evening events.
Pay
Starting at $15 per hour
